Job Responsibilities
  • Clean packaging and shipping areas using vacuums, brooms, and sanitation equipment.
  • Remove flour dust from machinery, conveyors, sifters, catwalks, and elevated work areas.
  • Maintain cleanliness of production areas, bathrooms, break rooms, and common spaces.
  • Assist with material handling and re-palletizing product bags weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Follow GMP, sanitation, and safety procedures to support food production operations.
Required Qualifications
  • Ability to perform physical labor throughout the shift, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable working around heights, stairs, catwalks, and elevated platforms.
  • Willingness to work in a dusty, industrial manufacturing environment.
  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to follow directions and work well independently or as part of a team.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous sanitation, janitorial, custodial, or industrial cleaning experience.
  • Experience in food manufacturing or GMP-regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with shop vacuums, air lines, and industrial cleaning equipment.
  • Experience working in fast-paced production or warehouse settings.
  • Comfortable cross-training and assisting in multiple departments when needed.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Lititz, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
