Kelly Services is now hiring Health Insurance Enrollment Specialists for a leading healthcare organization in Topeka, KS. This is a 3 month contracted position with possibility for extension. In this role, you'll support the provider enrollment process by managing enrollment applications, coordinating follow-up activities, communicating with enrollees, and ensuring accurate documentation while delivering outstanding customer service. Schedule / Pay Rates:
  • 1st shift schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM based on department assignment
  • $20.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on experience
  • Weekly Pay!
  • 3 Month Contract opportunity from 9/28-12/31

What You'll Do
  • As a Health Insurance Enrollment Specialist, you'll manage provider enrollment activities, support enrollees through the enrollment process, maintain accurate documentation, and assist with quality assurance efforts while ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with organizational standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Complete the full enrollment process as directed by the Supervisor or Assistant Supervisor
  • Document and track all enrollment activities within the CRM system
  • Ensure timely follow-up on pending enrollments and outstanding requests
  • Handle challenging customer calls with a professional, solution-oriented approach
  • Escalate issues to leadership when appropriate
  • Conduct outbound calls to enrollees to complete or correct pending enrollments
  • Monitor and respond to inquiries received through department email accounts
  • Field inbound calls using scripted and non-scripted communication techniques
  • Assist with quality assurance functions and serve as backup support when needed
  • Perform outbound quality assurance calls to verify and collect enrollee information
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with departmental procedures
  • Support additional enrollment and administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:
  • Previous customer service, healthcare administration, enrollment, call center, or related experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working with CRM systems or database applications preferred
  • Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally and effectively
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and email systems
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • Reliable attendance and commitment to providing exceptional customer service

  • This position is based in a professional office environment. Team members can expect a combination of phone-based customer interaction, email communication, CRM documentation, and administrative tasks. The role requires prolonged periods of computer work, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and customer service.
