Mancan is seeking dependable candidates for a 1st Shift Press Operator position with a manufacturing company in the Berlin area. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for individuals who demonstrate strong attendance, a positive attitude, and consistent job performance.
Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM4:00 PM
Overtime: Saturdays as needed
Starting Pay: $18.50 per hour
What Youll Do
Operate and set up molding presses used to produce rubber and plastic parts.
Adjust and monitor machine settings to maintain proper production cycles and consistent results.
Examine completed parts for defects and verify they meet established quality requirements.
Perform trimming, cleaning, and other finishing work on molded components.
Maintain a safe, clean, and productive work area.
What Were Looking For
Manufacturing experience is a plus, but candidates willing to learn are encouraged to apply.
Good attention to detail with a focus on producing quality work.
Comfortable standing for long periods and performing repetitive duties.
Ability to lift materials and work in a warm/hot manufacturing environment.
Basic math and measurement skills.
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
