Oasis at the Keys Nursing and Rehab, a leading Nursing Home in Tavernier, Florida, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting independence, and enhancing their overall well-being.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct care to residents, including assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the registered nurse or other healthcare professionals
Assist with meals, snacks, and hydration, ensuring residents receive proper nutrition and hydration
Support residents with their personal care needs, including incontinence care and mobility assistance
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and services
Participate in team meetings and contribute to goal-setting and problem-solving discussions
Promote a positive work environment by maintaining a clean, safe, and respectful atmosphere
Requirements:
Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Florida
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold resident rights
