You'll assess patient conditions, administer medications and treatments, monitor progress, educate patients and caregivers, and communicate changes in condition to the appropriate clinical team members.What We're Looking ForWe're seeking a dedicated LVN with an active Texas nursing license, current in-person CPR/BLS certification, valid Texas driver's license, current automobile insurance, and a recent TB test or chest X-ray.
