In this role, you'll perform diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and installations while serving as the department's primary technical resource. You'll conduct ride-alongs, provide coaching and training, perform quality control inspections, assist with hiring and technician development, support dispatch and office staff with technical questions, help resolve customer concerns, monitor KPIs and department performance, and ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience.
