Position Summary
We are seeking a Production Associate to support die casting operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for operating and maintaining die casting equipment to produce quality components while following established production and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor die casting machines to produce high-quality components
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on die casting equipment
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards
- Work with the production team to identify and implement process improvements
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation
- Follow all workplace safety protocols and procedures
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in die casting or a similar manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Familiarity with quality control procedures and documentation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a 2nd shift schedule
