Proofreader
Largo, FL | $15/hr | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Position Overview
Are you detail-oriented and great at catching mistakes others might miss? We are looking for a Proofreader to help ensure artwork and designs are accurate, consistent, and production-ready.

In this role, you’ll review customer artwork, final files, purchase orders, and production information to identify errors before orders move into production. You’ll work closely with artists, vendors, and Customer Service Representatives to make sure every order meets quality standards.

What You’ll Do
  • Review artwork and orders for accuracy and quality before production.
  • Compare customer artwork, final files, purchase orders, and production travelers.
  • Identify, mark, and communicate errors for correction.
  • Review special customer and CSR instructions.
  • Work closely with artists and vendors to resolve discrepancies.
  • Complete approximately 100 orders per day.
  • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
What We’re Looking For
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
  • Clear and professional email communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous proofreading experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of silk screening, pad printing, heat transfer, and four-color process is a plus.
Work Environment
  • Primarily computer-based work in a stationary workspace.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods while reviewing artwork on a computer screen.
  • Possible exposure to ink odors in a factory environment.
