LPN: Licensed Practical NurseFull Time | Evening Shift working 7 am - 3 pm Part Time | Day, Evening and Night Shifts AvailableHoly Family Senior Living is seeking compassionate and dependable LPN: Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team in Bethlehem, PA. At Holy Family, we care like family. As an LPN: Licensed Practical Nurse, you will oversee resident care on your assigned unit, administer medications and treatments, and provide leadership and support to our Certified Nursing Assistants. You will work closely with residents, families, physicians, and fellow team members to deliver safe, responsive, and person-centered care.What You'll Do as an LPN: Licensed Practical Nurse:Provide clinical oversight for your assigned unit and coordinate staff assignments based on residents' care needsAdminister and accurately document prescribed medications, treatments, wound care, and other nursing servicesAssess residents, recognize changes in condition, initiate appropriate interventions, and notify physicians and responsible parties as neededSupervise, coach, and support CNAs while promoting quality care, resident safety, excellent service, and compliance with care plansComplete timely and accurate clinical documentation, including nursing notes, assessments, incident reports, and change-of-shift reportsCollaborate with physicians, pharmacies, families, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and support positive resident outcomesLPN: Licensed Practical Nurse Qualifications: Current Licensed Practical Nurse license issued by the Pennsylvania Board of Nursing, or a valid multistate compact licenseGraduate of an approved nursing education programLong-term care experience preferredWhy Holy Family Senior Living?Meaningful work that makes a difference in residents' lives every dayA compassionate, family-centered workplaceAbout Holy Family Senior LivingLocated on a beautiful 20-acre campus in Bethlehem, PA, Holy Family Senior Living has served older adults and their families since 1882.
