RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for daily production scheduling, outbound and inbound shipping, and assistance with accounting and supply chain management

• Prepare and Manage Work Order Process while assisting sales and production processes
• Maintain relationships with current Logistic Carriers (FedEx, FedEx Freight, DHL)
• Responsible for outbound (sales) shipping and inbound (raw materials) shipments, including shipping quotes
• HAZMAT compliance
• Handle customs brokerage documents, questions and required submissions
• Maintain and Update Bill of Materials (Created by R&D)
• Manage Catrike Store for B2B and B2C customers, including all customizations and troubleshooting
• Assist with Supply Chain Management as needed; create, send and confirm purchase orders
• Assist Receiving with cycle counts and inventory discrepancy documentation and reporting to vendor and/or logistics carrier
• Other task as needed to assist supply chain, production and sales team

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficient with ERP software (preferably SAP Business One)
• Understanding of domestic and international shipping, customs brokerage and incoterm
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, with ability to work well in groups or independently
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• Education in logistics, accounting or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in shipping, logistics, supply chain management, and purchasing or a similar position
• SAP Experience Preferred, not required
• MRP/ ERP Experience

LANGUAGE SKILLS

• Effectively communicate and understand job instructions both verbally and written in the English language.
• Ability to effectively communicate with team, vendors and dealers in a professional and respectful manner.
