Apartment Maintenance / Make Ready Technician
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete general repairs and maintenance
- Perform apartment make-ready work
- Handle basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
- Repair doors, cabinets, hardware, fixtures, and other property items
- Use hand and power tools throughout the day
- Complete work orders as assigned
Requirements:
- Apartment, property, building, or make-ready maintenance experience preferred nut not mandatory
- Basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or repair knowledge
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Dependable attendance
Hours:
Full-Time Day Shift
Pay:
$17-$19+ / DOE
