We are seeking an experienced Interim Maintenance Director to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the facility. This is a temporary, full-time position.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Employment Type: Temporary/Interim, Full-Time
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily maintenance and facility operations
Handle repairs and preventive maintenance
Ensure the facility is safe and properly maintained
Coordinate with staff and outside vendors as needed
Address maintenance concerns promptly
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of SNF/LTC maintenance experience
Strong knowledge of facility maintenance and repairs
Good problem-solving and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage daily maintenance needs
Good communication and teamwork skills
