1st Shift Assembler I
- Monday-Friday
- 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
- $17.00/hour
2nd Shift Assembler I
- Monday-Friday
- 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
- $17.00/hour
- 15% shift premium after transitioning to 2nd shift
- Shift bonus available after 30 days
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Assembler I candidates to join our manufacturing team in Rockford, IL. This Temp-to-Hire opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in producing quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities- Assemble components and finished products according to work instructions and specifications.
- Use hand tools and basic assembly equipment safely and effectively.
- Inspect parts and completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met.
- Follow production schedules and maintain productivity goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Communicate production or quality concerns to supervisors.
- Assist with packaging and other production-related tasks as needed.
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- $17.00/hour starting pay
- Temp-to-Hire opportunity
- Full-time, Monday-Friday schedule
- 15% shift premium for 2nd Shift employees
- Shift bonus after 30 days
