A commitment to continuous improvement and maintaining a clean, safe work environment is essential.ECHO's Benefits Include11 paid holidaysExtremely affordable medical, dental, and vision insurancePaid PTO (Paid Time Off)5% 401K matchTuition reimbursementYearly bonus potentialAdvancement and growth opportunitiesClimate-controlled environment - heated and air-conditioned facilityDuties / ResponsibilitiesPerform emergency and planned repairs on manufacturing and facility equipment.Conduct preventative maintenance and document work in maintenance systems.Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.Prioritize and manage multiple maintenance tasks and projects simultaneously.Support installation, fabrication, and modification of equipment.Assist with spare parts inventory and organization in accordance with 5S standards.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.Work overtime and weekends as needed.Qualifications5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, and facility systems.Experience with HVAC systems, preventative maintenance, and repairs.Knowledge of facility systems including lighting, dock equipment, roofing, fire systems, and related equipment.Welding and fabrication experience with steel, aluminum, plastic, and related materials.Basic machining experience including lathe, mill, band saw, and pipe bender.Experience with electrical systems up to 480V, including conduit, wiring, and panels.Hydraulic and pneumatic systems troubleshooting experience.Knowledge of compressed air systems.Forklift and aerial lift maintenance experience.Low and high voltage systems troubleshooting experience.Experience with maintenance software systems.Ability to read schematics and technical drawings.Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments.EducationHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.
