You'll be part of a supportive team helping young children learn, play, build friendships, and grow in confidence.What You'll Be Part OfWorking alongside our classroom and Club leadership team, you'll help create a welcoming and engaging environment for preschool-aged children.Your day might include imaginative play, art and learning activities, reading stories, supporting classroom routines, or encouraging a child as they try something new. Through it all, you'll help children feel included, supported, and excited to participate.Who We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who brings patience, reliability, and a team-first attitude to the classroom. You should enjoy working with young children and understand how encouragement and consistency create a safe place to learn and grow.Candidates should be able to commit to a Monday through Friday schedule with flexibility to support program needs.As part of a licensed childcare program, candidates must meet Washington State DCYF background and health requirements. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
