Analyst

BecTech is looking for a highly-talented mid-level analyst with experience in Counter-Countermeasure and Threat Discrimination to join our MDA team! In this role you will get to provide systems analysis expertise to develop new Missile Defense System capabilities to identify lethal objects. This position is located in Huntsville, AL.Position Description:Work within a multi-discipline, multi-source/industry teamProvides technical analysis, management, and general scientific support to MDA's Counter- Countermeasures and Discrimination DirectorateDevelop and formulate options for improving the Missile Defense System's discrimination and electronic protection capabilitiesRequired Skills:Bachelor's Degree and 7+ years of relevant experienceActive Secret clearance and the ability to obtain a TS/SCISystems engineering analysis and process management to include development and review of engineering requirements, concepts of operations, and integrated schedulesExperience with Technical performance assessments, Risk analysis and mitigation developmentDesired Skills:Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field and 8+ years of relevant experienceActive Top Secret/SCI clearanceKnowledge of MDA systems engineering processes
