- Do you spot tiny defects most people miss?
- Can you stay focused while operating multiple machines at once?
- Are you comfortable on your feet and able to lift up to 35 pounds?
- Do you communicate clearly and follow instructions without missing a step?
- Monitor several production machines and manage runs per the manufacturing schedule.
- Operate presses, conveyors, and grinders safely and efficiently.
- Perform quality checks at regular intervals; sort acceptable and rejected parts.
- Flag and report quality issues, equipment concerns, or process disruptions quickly.
- Label, package, and prepare finished items for shipment or additional processing.
- Complete production and quality documentation with accuracy.
- Keep machines, workstations, conveyors, and surrounding areas clean and organized.
- Take on housekeeping tasks (sweeping, waste removal) to maintain a tidy floor.
- Follow all safety rules and procedures at all times.
- Work with your team to meet production targets, schedules, and deadlines.
- Assist with assembly, inspection, and related manufacturing tasks as needed.
- Tackle other duties based on operational needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Background in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or machine operation is a plus.
- High attention to detail and a strong quality mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfort following written and verbal work instructions.
- Consistent attendance and a solid work ethic.
- Basic math and computer skills preferred.
- Stand and walk for extended periods.
- Frequent bending, reaching, crouching, and lifting during the shift.
- Lift and move up to 35 pounds.
- Work in a manufacturing setting with active machinery and production equipment.
