  • Do you spot tiny defects most people miss?
  • Can you stay focused while operating multiple machines at once?
  • Are you comfortable on your feet and able to lift up to 35 pounds?
  • Do you communicate clearly and follow instructions without missing a step?
What You’ll Handle
  • Monitor several production machines and manage runs per the manufacturing schedule.
  • Operate presses, conveyors, and grinders safely and efficiently.
  • Perform quality checks at regular intervals; sort acceptable and rejected parts.
  • Flag and report quality issues, equipment concerns, or process disruptions quickly.
  • Label, package, and prepare finished items for shipment or additional processing.
  • Complete production and quality documentation with accuracy.
  • Keep machines, workstations, conveyors, and surrounding areas clean and organized.
  • Take on housekeeping tasks (sweeping, waste removal) to maintain a tidy floor.
  • Follow all safety rules and procedures at all times.
  • Work with your team to meet production targets, schedules, and deadlines.
  • Assist with assembly, inspection, and related manufacturing tasks as needed.
  • Tackle other duties based on operational needs.
What Helps You Succeed
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Background in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or machine operation is a plus.
  • High attention to detail and a strong quality mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively.
  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfort following written and verbal work instructions.
  • Consistent attendance and a solid work ethic.
  • Basic math and computer skills preferred.
Physical & Work Environment
  • Stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Frequent bending, reaching, crouching, and lifting during the shift.
  • Lift and move up to 35 pounds.
  • Work in a manufacturing setting with active machinery and production equipment.
