Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect property damage and develop custom mitigation and restoration plans tailored to each situation.
- Lead restoration and mitigation projects from start to finish, ensuring efficiency, professionalism, and quality outcomes.
- Supervise and coach technicians, reinforcing best practices in restoration techniques, safety procedures, and equipment use.
- Serve as a point of contact between clients, insurance reps, and the team, promoting clear communication and exceptional service.
- Provide hands-on support in the field, assisting with tasks like water removal, drying, fire damage cleanup, and mold remediation.
- Ensure tools and vehicles are properly maintained and stocked to support job readiness.
- Track progress, adapt strategies as needed, and maintain compliance with industry regulations such as IICRC and OSHA.
- Keep thorough documentation, including equipment usage, moisture readings, and restoration reports.
- Respond to urgent service calls and take part in the rotating on-call schedule.
- Foster a safe, supportive work environment by upholding company standards and safety protocols.
- High school diploma or recognized equivalent (GED).
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and take part in an on-call schedule.
- IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT, AMRT) must be current.
- At least 1 years’ experience in restoration, mitigation, or a closely related field preferred.
- Supervisory or leadership background in the industry is a strong asset.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt quickly to evolving situations.
- Strong communication, organization, and team leadership skills.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Will work in varied conditions: confined spaces, overhead tasks, exposure to chemicals, strong odors, and loud environments.
- Respirator use may be required for safety.
- Full-time: Monday–Friday, 7:45 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
- Expect overtime, including evenings and weekends as needed.
