Job Description
Schedule: 5 days/week (Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday)
Pay: Dependent on qualifications (DOQ); merit-based increases

Weatherly Inn is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Support Nurse to assist nursing leadership with clinical coordination, documentation, compliance, and daily operational support. This role blends hands-on nursing responsibilities with administrative oversight to ensure high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Nurse Manager with assessments, care plans, and incident follow-up
Review and complete incident reports in a timely manner
Conduct daily rounds to assess resident care, staff performance, and safety
Organize and maintain resident charts and documentation
Assist with medication reviews, pharmacy orders, and audits (eMAR/eTAR)
Coordinate care with physicians, hospice, home health, and outside providers
Assist with staffing coverage for med carts and nurse lunch breaks as needed
Monitor logs, inventory (including oxygen), and expired medications
Respond to emergencies and report concerns per policy and state regulations
Address resident and family concerns professionally
High School Diploma or GED required (college degree preferred)
Washington State nursing license required
1+ year nursing or related experience preferred
CPR & First Aid (within 30 days of hire)
Dementia & Mental Health Training (within 90 days of hire)
Strong documentation, organization, and multitasking skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist residents
Stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive movements throughout shift
