Electrical Estimator Pay Range: $45-$55 per hour, depending on experience + Bonuses Location: Seattle, WashingtonSchedule: 7 AM - 4 PM Monday through FridayWe are looking for an experienced Electrical Estimator to play a key role in planning and pricing electrical projects. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys combining field knowledge with analytical skills to prepare competitive estimates, work directly with customers, and partner with project teams from the initial consultation through project kickoff.What We Offer401K retirement savings plan,Medical insurance - 85% covered by the company,Dental and Vision insurance - 85% covered by the company,PTO - up to 60 hours earned during the first year, accumulating from the first working day,AFLAC supplemental insurance coverage,Voluntary life insurance options available,Seven paid company holidays each year,Vehicle allowance or take-home vehicle provided by EmployerFuel card Performance BonusesWhat We're Looking ForCurrent Washington State 02 Electrical LicenseKnowledge of Washington State regulations and National Electrical Code (NEC)At least 2 years of experience preparing estimates for electrical construction projects3 or more years of hands-on electrical experienceAbility to work with blueprints and plans / technical construction docsComputer proficiencyValid driver's license with an acceptable driving historyExcellent interpersonal, written, and organizational skillsExperience using ConEst or comparable estimating software is a plusFamiliarity with Jobber, eSUB, or similar project management platforms is preferredKnowledge of local permitting processes and utility service requirements is a plusKey ResponsibilitiesVisit properties to evaluate project requirements and gather information for pricingCalculate labor, material, and equipment costs to produce complete and accurate project estimatesReview architectural drawings, electrical plans, and specifications to define project scopePrepare detailed customer proposals and explain pricing, scheduling, and recommended electrical solutionsCoordinate with project managers and field crews to ensure successful project transitions after contracts are awardedPrice change requests and revise estimates when project scope changes occurMaintain accurate estimating records and customer information within company software systemsKeep current with code updates, industry standards, and local permitting requirementsCandidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
