Our client is currently seeking a full-time Workers' Compensation Associate Attorney for their Fort Lauderdale office with 2+ years of workers’ compensation litigation experience. This is not a remote position.
Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 Base Salary + bonuses on settled cases, commensurate based on experience. Bar Dues and CLEs provided by the law firm, commission on cases brought into our firm for any area of law.
Responsibilities:
- This position involves representation of injured workers. The position has incredible growth opportunity to eventually supervise your own caseload and earn salary and profit share.

Qualifications:
- Law degree from a fully accredited law school.
- Must be a member in good standing with the Florida Bar.
- 2+ years of workers compensation experience preferred.
- Bilingual English and Spanish, a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent client service and communication skills.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Candidates that are very motivated to learn quickly, deal with clients directly and work towards an amazing bonus are best for this position.
