Maintenance/Handyman

About the Role:
Carriage House Operator LLC is looking for a skilled and dependable Maintenance/Handyman to join our team in Snowflake, AZ. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who takes pride in keeping properties running smoothly and looking their best. Responsibilities:

• Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks across properties, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
• Conduct routine inspections to identify and address maintenance issues before they escalate
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders
• Perform painting, patching, and cosmetic repairs to maintain property appearance
• Maintain and service HVAC, plumbing, and other building systems
• Ensure grounds and common areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors when specialized repairs are needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience in general maintenance, handyman work, or a related trade
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry systems
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks in various weather conditions
