POSITION SUMMARY

Support Prattville facility and their customers in general subjects; controls all dynamics between the delivery of materials and the entries in the warehouses, support the logistic of all shipments to customers; keep correct all inventories and organize the physical inventories; identifies acceptable and unacceptable product, performs additional quality inspections of parts received, and parts to ship, as needed. Help collect, share, and monitor KPI’s. (KPI – Key Performance Indicators). Collect date and be able to present in a usable form (Spreadsheets, Tables, Charts, Presentation, etc). Work with multiple departments to create results.

RESPONSIBILITITES

  • Support the logistics of all shipments between Fras-le and their customers.
  • Tracking shipments when requested by the customer.
  • ASN (system communication) control Fras-le communication with customer.
  • Create shipping paperwork in SAP B1. (invoice, packing slip, bill of lading, etc)
  • Be aware of safety procedures at all times.
  • Cycle count and investigation.
  • Recognize and resolve quantity discrepancies.
  • Check the amounts of freight invoices.
  • Work with all department for delivery on time.
  • Support to control inventory levels and verify obsolete inventories.
  • Ensure physical and system inventory accuracy.
  • Help collect, share, and monitor KPI’S/ (Kep Performance Indicators)
  • Collect data and be able to present in a usable form (Spreadsheets, Tables, Charts, Presentation, etc)

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS/EQUIPMENT OPERATIONS REQUIREMENT

  • Will require sitting, standing, bending, lifting (up to 50lbs)
  • Hot and Cold weather
  • Ability to work independently for shipping, inventory controls, materials, and supply chain.
  • Good organizational skills required.
  • Good communication skills required.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Computer Skills (Excel/Outlook)

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCES

  • Level of Education Preferred: High school Diploma/GED
  • Experience Preferred: Understanding and practical work. Basic Costing. Accounting principles. Experience in logistics, material or production planning, inventory or warehousing area.
