If you're experienced with trailer refrigeration systems and enjoy a mobile, hands-on environment, this is a great opportunity to work with a team that values your expertise.We specialize in medium- and heavy-duty fleet maintenance and pride ourselves on delivering reliable, high-quality service to our customers every day.What You Can Expect:Earn up to $37/hour, depending on experienceMonthly bonus potential (up to $12,000 per year)Weekly pay and overtime availabilityFull benefits package including medical, dental, and vision401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysCompany-paid life insurance and disability coverageTool and uniform supportOngoing training and skill developmentWhat You'll Be Doing:Troubleshooting and repairing refrigeration units on tractor-trailersCompleting preventative maintenance on reefer systemsDiagnosing electrical and telematics-related issuesPerforming inspections and repairs from a fully equipped service truckDocumenting repairs and work orders using company systemsWhat We're Looking For:Hands-on experience with trailer refrigeration (reefer) systemsEPA 608 Certification required (609 preferred)Working knowledge of trailer repair and DOT inspectionsAbility to read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematicsExperience troubleshooting using alarm codesWelding experience (steel and aluminum) is a plusValid driver's license with a clean recordCDL is helpful but not requiredThis role operates out of a mobile service truck and supports multiple service areas, including Fredericksburg, Richmond, and Ashland.
