Through collaboration and a shared sense of purpose, our team works each day to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve.What You’ll HandleAs Facilities Maintenance, you’ll keep our buildings, equipment, and grounds running smoothly so our programs can stay focused on serving people. You’ll execute day-to-day maintenance and repairs, support remodeling and construction projects, and help maintain safe, orderly grounds—all under the direction of the Property and Facilities Director.Key qualifications:- Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience- Basic to moderate knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems- Valid driver’s licenseA Day That FlowsYou’ll start by checking in with the Property and Facilities Director to line up priorities, then move through the campus tackling a mix of quick fixes and longer projects. Some moments are hands-on and fast; others are measured and methodical as you work through a remodel or build-out. Between tasks, you’ll stay flexible—switching gears when something unexpected pops up—while keeping a steady pace and a safety-first mindset.
