12 hour rotating night shift

Contract to hire - NOT seasonal or temporary

$34.89/hr starting pay

pay increases to $36.73 at full time hire after probation

Required Education & Experience: Capable of troubleshooting PLC programs, such as Siemens, Beckhoff, Moller, Allen Bradley. Ability to read wiring schematics

Essential Functions:

• Lay out, build, test, troubleshoot, repair and modify developmental and production electronic components, parts, equipment, and systems
• Troubleshooting servo drives and servo motors, Vision Systems
• Preventative maintenance
  
• Basic mechanical skills to include hydraulics and pneumatics understanding
• Knowledge and understanding of electricity, safety switches and relays
• Knowledge of wiring motors and check rotation, ASI Bus Systems, Profi Bus Systems, relay logic circuits, PMA Controllers, PID Controller and MotoMan Robotics, sensors, proxes, vision systems
• Must be comfortable performing work between 0 and 480 volts
• Understanding of Ethernet and Ethercat
• Basic mechanical skills to include hydraulics and pneumatics understanding
