Senior HVAC Specialist – $30/hr W2 – Glendale – 3 Openings

SunSoft Online is hiring 3 Senior HVAC Specialists for a community college in Glendale, AZ.

What You'll Do

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems
  
• Work with chillers, compressors, motors, fans, valves, belts, piping, and controls
  
• Troubleshoot live high-voltage control circuits
  
• Perform preventive maintenance and identify leaks or equipment defects
  
• Cut, thread, bend, weld, and braze tubing and piping
  
• Operate computerized energy/building management systems
  
• Read blueprints, diagrams, and work orders
  
• Provide lead support to HVAC and maintenance staff
  
• Assist with emergency repairs
  
• Estimate materials and coordinate with vendors
  

Required

• EPA 608 Universal Certification or equivalent
  
• 3–5 years of HVAC experience
  
• High school diploma
  
• Ability to work in confined spaces and tight crawl spaces
  

Preferred

• Experience with Metasys, BMS, VAS, building automation, or similar energy-management systems
