We’re looking for a curious, detail-oriented, tech-savvy person who loves websites, digital marketing, and figuring out how things work.
This role will help own the day-to-day health of our website and digital presence — from building forms and updating content to auditing pages, digging into analytics, supporting SEO efforts, and identifying opportunities to make the online customer experience better.
You don’t need to know everything on day one. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable with technology, loves to learn, pays attention to the details, and isn't afraid to dig in and figure something out.
What You'll DoWebsite Management & Support
- Work Day to Day with our Website Agency pushing projects, testing, and communicating.
- Build, update, and test website forms, landing pages and more.
- Assist with the connections of the website to CRM ensuring proper lead attribution and tracking.
- Make website content updates and help keep information accurate and current.
- Regularly audit website pages for broken links, outdated information, functionality issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Help troubleshoot website issues and coordinate with outside partners or developers when needed.
- Test website experiences across desktop and mobile.
- Help bring more AI centric processes into the website.
SEO & Analytics
- Assist with ongoing SEO efforts and website optimization.
- Audit pages for SEO opportunities and technical issues.
- Monitor key website metrics and identify trends, opportunities, or things that don't look quite right.
- Help ensure website tracking and analytics are working correctly.
- Create recurring and ad hoc reports that turn data into useful information for the team.
Projects & Organization
- Manage website and digital projects through Monday.com.
- Keep tasks, deadlines, owners, and project statuses current.
- Help prioritize incoming digital request
