Your strong customer service and sales skills help you show new residents our community by providing them with all of the information they need to understand why our community, and your exceptional service, are second to none. Likewise, your attention to detail and commitment to providing an exceptional living environment to our current residents by responding promptly and professionally to their needs and requests is fundamental to our success and truly indicative of why we, and our residents, see you as the heart of our community. YOU, along with the manager and maintenance team, are truly why residents choose to live and stay with us.As a Leasing Professional at The Cortina, you will work directly with the Community Manager in overseeing the daily site operations including the marketing and leasing of the apartments, rent collection, resident retention, community maintenance, contracted services, community safety, and legal compliance.Basic Job Duties:Show and lease available apartments in person, virtually, and via other platforms (e.g., Zoom, WhatsApp, FaceTime)Assist current residents and provide outstanding customer serviceRenew existing leasesConduct regular curb-appeal and site walks to keep the property looking its best for prospects and residentsConduct market research and assist with business outreach marketing, resident functions, and other promotional programsUtilize Yardi software to enter information and run various reportsAdditional projects and/or duties as assigned by the Community ManagerQualifications:Exceptional verbal and written communication skillsThe ability to work well in a high-volume and sometimes stressful environmentA positive attitude, and the desire to learn and develop your skillsHigh school diplomaBilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, as many of our residents and prospects communicate primarily in SpanishYardi and MeetElise experience preferredCustomer service or sales backgroundCommitment and desire to work with people in a diverse environmentAvailability to work a flexible schedule, including SaturdaysCVG Properties is a proud Equal Opportunity employer, m/f/d/v.
