Supply Chain Testing Lead - Oracle / Blue Yonder

Overview

CTG is seeking to fill a Supply Chain Testing Lead – Oracle / Blue Yonder position for our client.

Location: Dallas, TX

Duration: 11 months

Duties:

• Serve as the client-facing test lead for a large-scale supply chain transformation spanning multiple systems, including Oracle Fusion Cloud, Blue Yonder, Manhattan SCALE, RXO, and Shippium.

• Bridge the client’s functional leads and business SMEs with the offshore testing team to ensure requirements and business processes are clearly understood.

• Lead and coordinate testing activities across multiple supply chain platforms and integrated business processes.

• Review and validate test scenarios and scripts to ensure they accurately reflect real-world business workflows.

• Support the planning, preparation, execution, and coordination of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles.

• Work closely with functional leads, business SMEs, offshore testers, and other project stakeholders to identify and resolve testing issues.

• Validate end-to-end supply chain processes that cross multiple applications and system integrations.

• Rapidly learn unfamiliar applications and understand their role within the overall supply chain solution.

• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and risks in test coverage and recommend appropriate improvements.

• Provide clear status updates, communicate testing risks and issues, and help ensure testing milestones are achieved.

• Strong functional knowledge of supply chain business processes, including procurement, warehousing, transportation, and order management.

• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes spanning multiple applications and platforms.

• Ability to quickly learn unfamiliar systems and translate business requirements into effective test scenarios.

• Strong test planning, test execution, and UAT coordination skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work effectively with both onshore client stakeholders and offshore testing teams.

Experience:

• Experience serving as a test lead, QA lead, or functional testing lead for large-scale supply chain transformation initiatives.

• Experience testing integrated enterprise applications and complex end-to-end supply chain workflows.

• Experience working directly with functional leads, business SMEs, and technical/offshore testing teams.

• Demonstrated ability to validate test scripts against real-world business processes and identify gaps in test coverage.

• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, Blue Yonder, Manhattan SCALE, RXO, and Shippium is required.

• Experience coordinating UAT and supporting issue resolution across multiple systems and stakeholder groups.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field preferred.

• Equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience may be considered.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
