- Review and enter Corporate invoices into the Accounts Payable ERP system
- Manage the Vendor Master process; ensure proper documentation is provided
- Perform review of completed expense reports through third party system
- Assist divisional Accounts Payable partners as needed
- Provide responses to vendor requests
- Review key performance indicators to ensure goals are met
- Lead Accounts Payable projects as assigned
- Assist with month end and audit activities
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or accounting is preferred but not required
0-3 years of experience in a similar role
Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Strong analysis and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail
Customer service focused with the ability to positively interact directly with end users
Strong written and verbal communication
Demonstrated ability to prioritize
