About the Role


We are seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented Maintenance Technician to support our company’s fleet and residential properties. This contracted role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, problem‑solving, and managing repair needs with professionalism and urgency.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule routine service, maintenance, and repairs for company vehicles
• Perform general maintenance tasks in company‑managed homes (minor repairs, basic handyman work, safety checks)
• Identify repair needs and communicate with approved vendors or contractors
• Meet vendors onsite, oversee repair completion, and ensure quality standards
• Complete maintenance logs, service records, and property checklists
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and reporting guidelines

Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance, handyman work, or property upkeep
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance scheduling
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Must be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Must pass background screening
