Schedule: 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM with possible overtime
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM with possible overtime

Job Summary:
Allegiance Staffing in Greer, SC is currently seeking production MIG welders for a growing company located in Piedmont, SC. The ideal candidate will have previous MIG welding experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in a production environment. All candidates will be required to take a weld test. Pay rate will be determined based on experience and weld test performance.
Allegiance Staffing in Greer, SC is currently seeking production MIG welders for a growing company located in Piedmont, SC. The ideal candidate will have previous MIG welding experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in a production environment. All candidates will be required to take a weld test. Pay rate will be determined based on experience and weld test performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform production MIG welding according to company specifications and quality standards
• Work closely with the Quality department to ensure weld patterns are consistent and free of porosity, defects, and other flaws
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Keep finished products stacked neatly and free of debris
• Work efficiently to meet projected production goals
• Work effectively with team members to maintain productivity and quality
• Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Replace wire drums and welding spools with little to no assistance
• Follow all safety and production procedures
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
• Perform production MIG welding according to company specifications and quality standards
