JOB SUMMARY
A lead or junior plumber serves the clients of the company by expertly servicing, repairing, and replacing plumbing systems as well as water treatment.
JOB DUTIES
- Support licensed plumbers on every job, helping with installs, repairs, and system checks while learning the trade hands‑on.
- Use Straight Forward Pricing and assist with presenting options and approved forms so homeowners clearly understand their choices.
- Protect the customer’s home by wearing floor savers, keeping tools organized, and maintaining a clean, respectful work area.
- Help test all completed work to ensure everything is functioning properly before leaving the home — preventing callbacks and building confidence in your skills.
- Communicate clearly with customers, explaining what was done and making sure they’re fully satisfied with the service.
- Practice safe work habits on the jobsite and while driving company vehicles.
- Keep service vehicles clean and stocked, inside and out, showing pride in the trade and readiness for each call.
- Learn directly from experienced, licensed plumbers, gaining real-world knowledge, sharpening your skills, and progressing toward earning your own license.
- Junior Plumbers and Helpers are considered training/apprentice level and typically do not operate their own truck
- Driver's License and desire to learn a trade
