Responsibilities of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Administers Medication
Organization of medical records for all patient interactions
Maintaining a clean working environment
Provide participants with evidence-based guidelines to teach them about health management ideas.
Wound Care
Employee Requirements
Valid work authorization
Valid Physical
Two Written Letters of Recommendation
NYS Nursing License & Registration
MMR Titer Results
Valid CPR Certification (American Heart Association is a plus)
Valid TB Test
