Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Director to join our team at Cortland Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, a leading provider of short and long-term care in Cortland, New York. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the interior and exterior maintenance of our facility, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our residents.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Oversee the interior and exterior maintenance of the building, which consists of the main building and grounds.

• Manage departmental tasks and ensure that all maintenance activities are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

• Respond to facility off-hours if needed, demonstrating a commitment to providing 24/7 support to our residents.

• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Some experience in building maintenance is essential.

• Basic plumbing experience is a plus.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills are necessary to effectively manage a two-person department.

• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision.

What We Offer:

• $60,500 - $65,000 annually, depending on experience.
