ActionLink is expanding and looking for a detail-driven, collaborative Temporary Operations Specialist to join our team. As a leader in retail marketing solutions, we bring innovative tech to life through impactful merchandising and in-store experiences—and you’ll help power that success.

What You’ll Do
Partner with our Account Team to support client sales programs from start to finish. You’ll help drive execution, track performance against key goals, and keep projects running smoothly across timelines and teams. This is a client-facing role where you’ll build strong relationships, analyze results, and help identify smarter, more efficient ways to deliver success.

Schedule and What We Offer
  • 35-40 hours per week : Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm EST or CST is the preferred schedule thru 1/10/27
  • Approx 8 hour shifts per day.
  • $22.00 to $25.00 per hour commensurate with experience
  • Remote work with occasional travel for meetings
  • Laptop plus monthly internet/phone stipend
  • W2 employment with biweekly pay schedule & direct deposit

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the key point of review for rep reported data and quality control. This position requires you to review results and compare against expectations providing feedback on results to clients and internal partners.
  • Maintain quality results while performing repetitive tasks in a highly detailed environment
  • Support the achievement of key performance indicators for given projects by setting and managing all timelines with the client
  • Collaborate, communicate, and partner with all cross-functional teams to provide successful results
  • Communicate program goals and provide strategic written communication and project oversight for all details within ActionLink management systems
  • Structure and execute project-specific quality assurance analysis
  • Assist with fulfillment orders and administration when needed based on capacity
  • Report program performance results and initiate continuous improvements
Talent and Skills We are Looking For
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, using and manipulating spreadsheets, pivot tables, basic formulas such as XLookup and Vlookup.
  • Some account management or relevant business operations experience with direct client interaction
  • Ability to build and foster business relationships at multiple levels
  • Skilled at collaborating and problem solving with demonstrated critical thinking skills
  • Proven time management and organizational skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
