Are you a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) looking to make a meaningful difference? Our confidential skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in the Flourtown/Chestnut Hill area is seeking caring CNAs to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.

• Assist with meals, hydration, and feeding as needed.

• Measure and record vital signs and report changes in residents' conditions promptly.

• Document resident care accurately and in a timely manner.

• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation using proper safety techniques.

• Follow infection control procedures, safety guidelines, and facility policies.

• Provide compassionate emotional support and companionship to residents.

• Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania CNA certification required.

• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required.

• Newly certified CNAs are encouraged to apply!

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Weekend Warrior Program – Limited-Time Opportunity

We are also offering a Weekend Warrior Program for CNAs seeking a consistent weekend-only schedule with enhanced earning potential.

Option 1

• Saturday: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM

• Saturday: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM

• Sunday: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM

• Sunday: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM

Option 2

• Saturday: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM

• Saturday: 11:00 PM–7:00 AM

• Sunday: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM

• Sunday: 11:00 PM–7:00 AM

This program is an excellent opportunity for CNAs looking for a weekend-only schedule while providing consistent, high-quality care to our residents.
