Machining Cell Attendant, Milling Operations
Job Description
This is an on-site, first-shift, temp-to-perm position supporting a high-volume production team. If you enjoy setting up machines, monitoring performance, and protecting quality, you’ll thrive here.
Role snapshot- Configure milling machines for production based on run specs.
- Operate and oversee equipment; address alarms and minor faults to sustain output.
- Conduct routine quality inspections to confirm compliance with standards.
- Maintain housekeeping and follow all safety protocols.
- Assist with basic maintenance tasks and inventorying consumables.
- At least 1 year in a manufacturing environment.
- Basic computer/data-entry ability and solid reading, writing, and math.
- Must pass or hold STRATTEC operator driver's license for power-driven vehicles and fire extinguisher training.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
