What You'll Be Doing

As our Hotel Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the functionality and appearance of our property. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure the hotel’s systems and equipment are in top shape.
• Troubleshooting and repairing electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other mechanical systems.
• Addressing guest maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Conducting regular inspections to identify and resolve potential issues before they arise.
• Collaborating with the management team to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for guests and staff.
• Maintaining accurate records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance schedules.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in maintenance or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repair work.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• A proactive approach to identifying and resolving maintenance issues.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A commitment to delivering high-quality work in a timely manner.
