Location: Port Washington, NY 11050 (Nursing Home facility)
Base Pay: $25.50 / hour
Overtime Pay: $38.25 / hour
Schedule: 7AM-3PM (Day), 3PM-11PM (Eve) & 11PM-7AM (Night) - Full-Time & Part-Time hours available!

Mandatory Requirements (No Exceptions)
- In-Person Interview Required: Must be able to come to the facility for a brief face-to-face meeting.
- Must Drive / Have a Car: The facility is on a peninsula. Public transit does not run here.
- Active NYS CNA License
- Must be able to work every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday).
Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA Duties & Responsibilities:
- Geriatric Care Support: Deliver compassionate, high-quality bedside care and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
- Resident Personal Care: Assist with patient bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, continuous rounding, meal assistance, and dignified personal care needs.
- Patient Transfers: Safely perform mechanical lifts, positioning, turning, and ambulation transfers for long-term care and sub-acute rehab residents. Provide mobility assistance, including transferring patients to and from beds, wheelchairs, and other locations.
- Clinical Charting: Monitor and record patient vitals, nutritional intake, and behavioral changes into electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Floor Collaboration: Coordinate with staff Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to maintain a seamless healthcare environment.
- Support nursing and medical staff in the delivery of quality patient care.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, ensuring adherence to infection control protocols.
- Build positive relationships with patients, families, and staff to foster a supportive environment.
- Participate in training and ongoing education to enhance skills and knowledge in patient care.
