\tACX Community Operations Specialist (TEMP)

\tThe Audiobook Creation Exchange (ACX) Community Operations Specialist will conduct work that enhances the global presence of ACX, our creator marketplace that connects rightsholders with performers and producers to create their audiobooks. The ACX Community Relations team works with internal stakeholders as well as the “indie” creator community – to enhance existing and create new policies and programs that serve the ACX community.

You are passionate about working with creators and have a solid understanding of their needs. \tAs the ACX Community Operations Specialist, you will...
\tCoordinate and provide support for tasks, projects, and meetings for the ACX Creator & Community relations team, particularly related to Fraud prevention, Royalties questions, and other escalations
\tMaintain policy documentation and support various programs that support the ACX community
\tLearn and leverage new tools — including AI-powered platforms — to manage data and list creation for email campaigns sent to our ACX community
\tAnalyze and leverage data — including royalty statements and emerging compensation models — to drive and inform critical business decisions
\tAct as a trusted voice of the ACX community to our leaders in Product, Risk Management, Legal, Marketing, Operations, Customer Care, and other internal Client teams.
\tApply strategic thinking to navigate complex fraud scenarios, collaborating with Risk Management and Legal teams to protect the ACX ecosystem
\tDraft policy language, communications, and program verbiage with sensitivity to legal nuance and brand voice
\t
\tBASIC QUALIFICATIONS
\tCollege degree in Business, Data Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or similar
\t1+ years of experience in working with data, analytics, and AI systems/tools, preferably within audio, television, film, music or other comparable area
\tHigh attention to detail and proven ability to manage projects and competing priorities
\tTeam player with the ability to work effectively in high-energy, rapidly evolving organization
\tUp to date with emerging trends on social, passionate about building online communities
\tStrong organizational, interpersonal and communications skills
\tExpert-level proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data modeling) and strong skills in PowerPoint
\tComfort with AI-powered tools and a willingness to adopt emerging technologies
\tAbility to think strategically and synthesize complex information across legal, financial, and operational domains
\tBroad awareness of popular culture across media types
\tA positive attitude and sense of empathy
\tPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
\tPassionate about books, audiobooks and indie publishing
\tStrong familiarity with ACX, our creators, and our community
\tBilingual is a plus
