We are seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join our manufacturing team as Winder Operators in Beloit, WI. These are temp-to-hire opportunities offering stable schedules and the potential for long-term employment.
Available Shifts1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM
2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 2:00 PM - 12:30 AM
Responsibilities2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 2:00 PM - 12:30 AM
- Operate winding equipment according to production specifications
- Monitor machine performance and product quality
- Load materials and ensure proper machine setup
- Perform visual inspections of finished products
- Complete required production records and documentation
- Follow all safety and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with basic machine adjustments as needed
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift as needed
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- $18.00 per hour
