PVD Tech- 2nd Shift

We are currently hiring PVD Technicians for a growing manufacturing facility in Oldsmar. PVD Technician – 2nd Shift
Location: Oldsmar, FL 34677
Pay: $16.00 per hour + $1.00 Shift Differential ($17.00/hr)
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 2:30 PM-11:00 PM

Training for all candidates takes place on 1st Shift.

Responsibilities
• Operate and maintain vacuum coating systems
• Clean, prepare, and manage tooling for production
• Perform equipment maintenance and basic troubleshooting
• Inspect cleaning and coating results to ensure quality standards are met
• Polish precision tools and components as required
• Follow detailed work instructions and production procedures
• Safely handle materials while adhering to all safety guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Basic electrical troubleshooting skills preferred
• Ability to read and follow work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Basic computer skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, or mechanical experience is a plus

Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
• Frequent bending, lifting, and movement throughout the workday
• Ability to work safely around manufacturing equipment and materials
