Lead Maintenance Mechanic

Summary: Leads and performs preventive and corrective maintenance of manufacturing equipment, facilities, utilities, and grounds.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
• Perform basic mechanical, plumbing/hydraulic, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work.
• Work safely around 480V/3-phase systems and use electrical test equipment.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and facility inspections.
• Manage vendors, cleaning services, landscaping, and snow removal.
• Maintain facility records, expenses, badges, keys, and parking.
• Follow OSHA and company safety requirements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of facilities maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations.
• Experience with hand/power tools, test equipment, material handling equipment, and personnel lifts.
