Sales Associate, In-Store and Online – Mephisto Seattle and Bellevue
Voted Seattle's Best Shoe Store, Mephisto is a premier upscale footwear brand known for quality and comfort. We're looking for an enthusiastic, dependable Sales Associate to join our small team!
Position: 4 days/week: Friday-Monday or 2 days/week: Friday and Monday
Location: Seattle and Bellevue, WA
Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional customer service in-store and online
• Assist customers in finding the perfect footwear to meet their needs
• Support e-commerce sales and order fulfillment
• Maintain product knowledge and uphold our high service standards
What We're Looking For:
• Excellent customer service skills — this is a must
• Prior footwear or retail sales experience preferred, but not required
• E-commerce experience is a strong plus
• Positive attitude, high energy, and reliability
• Weekend availability required
