What You’ll Do

• Plan, schedule, and oversee landscape installation projects
• Lead and mentor installation crews to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and with exceptional quality
• Deliver projects on time and within budget while exceeding customer expectations
• Read and interpret landscape plans to ensure accurate layouts and installations
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding schedules, project progress, and specific needs
• Coordinate daily with management and office staff to ensure smooth project execution
• Foster a positive team culture built on accountability, professionalism, and craftsmanship

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Landscape Horticulture or a related field or 2+ years of landscape installation experience
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to supervise crews
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and layouts
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ownership mentality
• Commitment to safety and following company policies
