Delivery Driver (Patient Service Tec)

The Delivery Driver (Patient Service Tec) plays a crucial role in ensuring timely delivery and setup of respiratory and durable medical equipment to customers in home healthcare settings, hospitals, and clinics. This position involves educating customers on equipment usage and care, performing basic maintenance, and adhering to all company policies to support patient service excellence. The role reports to the Operations Supervisor and utilizes company-owned vehicles for all deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and set up medical equipment at customer residences or healthcare facilities
• Educate customers on proper use and care of respiratory and durable medical equipment
• Comply with applicable company policies and procedures
• Assist in resolving equipment problems for customers
• Process orders accurately and promptly to fulfill administrative needs
• Perform preventive maintenance and simple equipment repairs as required
• Clean, disinfect, and assist with equipment repairs
• Ensure serialized equipment is tracked and delivered correctly for inventory control

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
