As a Delivery Associate (DA), you'll drive a company-provided, branded non-CDL cargo van, follow your assigned route using a GPS app, and deliver packages directly to customers.
No passengers. No waiting for rides. No CDL required.

THE JOB: LOAD. DRIVE. DELIVER. REPEAT.
As an DSP Delivery Associate (DA), you'll safely and efficiently deliver packages along your assigned route.
Your day will include:
- Arrive at the delivery station
- Load your branded van with packages
- Complete vehicle and safety checks
- Hit the road using the GPS navigation app
- Follow your assigned delivery route
- Deliver packages to homes and businesses
- Provide professional, friendly customer service
- Safely complete your route
- Return to the station after finishing your route
Load the van. Follow the GPS. Deliver packages. Deliver smiles.
WHAT YOU NEED
- Must be 21+ years old
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a drug test
- Ability to pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable and punctual
- Safety-focused attitude
- Comfortable driving for extended periods
- Weekend availability
No CDL required. Previous delivery experience is helpful but not required. We're looking for dependable people who show up, work safely, and take pride in providing great service.
