Community Based nonprofit organization serving PA and DE is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee and strengthen its accounting and financial reporting systems.
Must have a strong understanding for FAAP as it applies to non-profit accounting.
Superb supervisory and communications skills as the positions requires and cross-departmental collaboration.
Direct support team (Accountant and Senior Accountant)
Guide month-end close process and ensure timely financial reporting.
Oversee payroll and benefit accounting.
Internal and external financial reporting and variance analysis as needed.
Oversee year end close, annual audits, IRS Form 990 and other state and local tax entity reports.
